These are the 11 things to eat during this summer season.

 


It is now a hot day in some parts of sub-Saharan Africa, including northern Nigeria and the Republic of Niger.


 This prompted us to consult with health experts to advise on what to eat and drink in the face of extreme heat.


 The heat causes fatigue, thirst, and body fluids. So the body needs a cold drink that will keep the body hydrated and have a cool environment.


 The body loses about two to two and a half liters of water every day by sweating, breathing, urinating and defecating.

So at least six to eight cups of water a day or other liquids should be consumed.


HERE ARE THE LIST OF THINGS THAT U HAVE EAT AT THIS SEASON:

1. Cucumber - 



is a watery vegetable that contains various chemicals that are good for the health of the body and skin.


 2. Mango - Protects against water retention.



 3. Big Lemon - 


Contains vitamins C and B and Mineral elements such as Calcium, Phosporous and Magnesium.


 Lemon can be processed by squeezing, adding water and adding sugar if needed.


 4. Watermelon - 



95% of watermelon is water and shanta eliminates thirst very much water.


 5. Tamarind - 



It is also one of the fruits that help to improve the body during the summer.  It can be cooked with mascarpone and spices, filtered water and added sugar if needed for drinking.


 6. Sugarcane Water - 



Contains nutrients such as Potatssium, Glucose, Calsium and Magnesium, and is useful for hydrating the body.


 7. Coconut Water - 



Coconut water is also important to drink during hot weather.


 8. Guava - 



Is also an important vegetable that the body needs especially during the summer, because the nutrients it contains are good for the body.


 9. Pineapple - 



It also contains nutrients that digest food and water well.


 10. Tomatoes - 



94% of tomatoes are liquid.  It can be eaten raw or processed or added to food.


 11. Green leafy vegetables - 



About 80 to 90% of them are water soluble, which causes them to dissolve immediately when eaten.  This makes them cool.  Herbs include moringa, lettuce, lamsur, spinach and others.
